Intro Unit

Individually: Fill in the Following form to record your present food habits.  We will compare at the end of the course. 

Individually: Read through the Course Outline with your parents and guardians. Have them fill in the last 2 pages and return to teacher

Class Notes: fill in these safety notes.  There will be a multiple choice intro test next week 

Group activity: Examine the picture and note how you would fix the safety hazards. 

Partner activity: Explore the foods room to familiarize yourself with where things are located in your unit and the rest of the class. 

Notes: What is required when you are assigned the role of Dishwasher, Dish Dryer, Unit Manager or Special Duties.

Review activity: Try to figure these out on your own.
