Due to connection difficulties at the end of the day, I was unable to post yesterday's blog.
Monday, Sept 9 Students completed their Room Search Activity & Filled in their Kitchen Safety Notes.
Each Drawer and Cupboard is labelled with a Letter. Knowing these names will help us make an educated guess should we forget where an item is stored.

Under Sink - Although this cupboard is not labelled, you should know we store our draining rack, dish brush, compost bucket, and recipe holders under the sink.

Today we had a measurement demonstration and completed our Measurement Notes. We reviewed Lab Duties and Mise en Place.
