Foods 9
I know everyone was so excited to be writing their first ever quiz in Foods 9. Unfortunately, the photocopier immediately flashed "Call for service" when I tried to print off the tests. We will reschedule the quiz sometime next week.
Students completed their first Lab: Pinetree Cookies. If you were absent, you may make up the lab at home using the Take Home Lab form. Don't forget to take the required photos and show them to me.
Foods 11
Students were able to write their quiz on safety, sanitation, & equipment. If you did not write this quiz, you will do so upon your return. It only takes 10 to 15 minutes. Students may NOT use their phones as translators during tests.
