2) Find a Recipe in ENGLISH - PRINT RECIPE ON PAPER

3) Convert to Metric Using Conversion Chart (NO ONLINE CONVERTERS)

4) Scale to make 4 small portions or 3 if it already makes 4 (including instructions)

5) Submit to Teacher at the end of the block.... Projects do not leave the room. If you were absent, please bring a printed recipe for tomorrow's class.

Foods 11 Students watched the video for the Upside Down Pear Cobbler then prepared:

1) Grease Pan. Peel & core pear, slice into 10 pieces.

2) Make caramel topping on stovetop. Pour over pear. Cover and refrigerate for tomorrow.

3) Measure dry ingredients into container.

4) Measure liquid ingredients into container.

5) Make berry sugar from granulated in the blender. Set aside in labelled container.
