2025-09-16 Catch Up

Block 2 caught up to the other blocks. Students were assigned Digital Portfolios which will serve as a visual journey of learning in Foods 9.

Unfortunately, the majority of the class did not complete their Intro Booklets which was demonstrated on the safety quiz. Since safety and sanitation is the MOST IMPORTANT unit in Foods 9, we are going to spend the next two days completing the outstanding assignments. We will be writing a "do over" quiz once I have a chance to amend the schedule. If you missed the Pinetree Cookie Lab last week, you can complete the lab at home using the At Home Make Up Lab Form
