Day 3 of Foods 9. Today many students were away skiing in Whistler. Here is what you missed:
1. Submit the Foods 9 Course Outline Form signed by your parent or guardian (Due: Monday Feb 5th)
2. Bring your apron or purchase one from me for $10.
3. To understand the size and serious nature of grease fires, we watched: YouTube: Myth Buster’s Greased Lightening – 30 ft Fireball
4. We explored the room to find out where the equipment is located and completed the Foods Lab Equipment Search…. Students who were absent should complete the activity on their own time. We will be going over it tomorrow.
5. With the remaining time, students completed Foods 9 Safety and Sanitation Review
