Happy Groundhog Day! Today in class we did the following:

1.     Finished and Reviewed the Foods Lab Equipment Search from yesterday.  I will post a key to this for you to fill in what you missed when I have a chance to make one.

2.     We discussed which tasks you are responsible for if you are Dish Washer, Dish Dryer, Unit Manager and Special Duties Lab Duties at Pinetree

3.     We reviewed how to do the dishes. How to Do Dishes Handout. 

4.     We reviewed what dish cloths, dish towels and paper towels are used for.
