Today we reviewed what we learned regarding measurement (the 5 sizes of spoons, the 3 sizes of liquid measures, the 2 sizes of liquid measures in our units and of course accurate measurement.) We reviewed the page Measuring at the Dem Table  side of the Mise en Place Handout and discussed what the best practices for measuring and transporting ingredients to your unit are.   We continued the demonstration for Pinetree Cookies.

Tomorrow we will have a DEM and DO for the One Egg Omelette. Friday we will write our intro quiz while we bake our Pinetree Cookies.
