Welcome to Food Studies 11

I would like to welcome both students and caregivers my website. This term I am fortunate enough to be teaching only Foods 11, as my website is work in progress. I will be using Teams to post assignments however I prefer to post on the website blog links to assignments, recipes and other documents so that parents can follow our culinary journey.

I have posted the first assignment on Teams. Students are to fill in the Response Form, Caregivers are to check to ensure the information is correct then email me at rejackson@sd43.bc.ca with the student's name and block in the subject line of the email to confirm that they have read the course outline and visited the blog. I have posted a copy of the outline below.
